Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear praised the Louisville firefighter who saved a trucker driver on the Clark Memorial Bridge last week.Beshear was in Washington, D.C., on Monday for the International Association of Firefighters conference."Hanging from a harness, hundreds of feet above the Ohio River, Bryce Carden rescued that woman, praying with her, as he connected his harness to hers. Can we give him a big round of applause for that incredible work?"
