what is K Ci, it's Casey, which is katayama America incorporated, we are one location located in Shelbyville Kentucky now our corporate is in Japan and we provide sash mold and roll forming material here, it's basically doors for your cars like Chrysler, Mazda Gm I had a friend that contacted me about a job opportunity at Katayama and what really caught my attention was the stability, a company that knows how to run a business is where you want to be. Once I heard that Cardi album had been in business for 30 plus years, I was like, they've got to be doing something right. Mhm I started to Koriyama in 2000, I worked 16 years, I retired was off 2.5 years. I loved it so much, I come back and I've been back three years in October what drew me to Casey originally was just how big the plant was, how many processes that were, I knew that they were organization, that was growing and that was innovating and those things really drew me to come here because I knew that I would be able to grow my skills here dramatically. It's an organization that looks to grow us in a cross functional way so that we're constantly putting tools in our toolbox for our careers. Mhm The culture is teamwork and communication and we stand by that it's very laid back. Well I started Katayama, 18th, 2019, it's impacted my life because not only did I gain a career, I gained a family, I gained friends, it provides for my family so we can live a great life and prosper. I think the culture here is really good. Everybody here is essentially one big team, you know, one big family, it's a team that really welcomes everybody on Casey demonstrates its care and appreciation for its staff by investing in its employees. This is an organization that cares about his people. Uh start here November the 9th 89, Near 32 years. I pretty much got to families here at home, I care about these people, just like everything else. I'm blessed to be here. Mhm I think I've definitely found my home here at Casey. I know that my future here is one that's secure. I think that I'll be able to grow here for a long time. I've got a lot to learn. I worked with a great team, they're extremely supportive and their wealth of knowledge for sure. I'm excited about the future for katayama to continue to excel and to continually improve and that's what I've seen since I've been here. What I love most about my job is every day is something different. I do see myself staying in this position and continuing this because it's something that I really enjoyed it. Yeah. Mhm mm Uh huh
