While Caudill is not the first Kentuckian to create the artwork for Woodford's special edition Derby bottle, he is the first ever artist to design both the bottle, and the artwork for Kentucky Derby 150.
"To be the artist for both entities of the Kentucky Derby, I could throw up with joy," said Caudill.
When asked if this opportunity was a dream come true, Caudill said he's yet to wake up.
"Nope, I'm still dreaming. Ask me May 5th and see if the dream is over," Caudill said.
Woodford Reserve has been issuing the collector's item since 1999.
