Shoemaker Johnston & Murphy is showing off more than 160 years of presidential shoes at the Democratic National Convention in Chicago.The brand has designed custom shoes for every U.S. president since Millard Fillmore in 1850. The display features 13 of the shoes designed by Johnston & Murphy, including pairs created for Abraham Lincoln, Theodore Roosevelt, John F.
