A new outpatient substance abuse facility is on a mission to help continue to lower that number.

In a tour of the facility, Renewed Beginnings in downtown Louisville celebrated its grand opening Wednesday.
Its treatment model combines medication, counseling and support services to help people dealing with opioid addictions.
