A Daytona Beach, Florida, man is in the Brevard County Jail on charges of stealing a woman's car.Titusville Police say 43-year-old Santiago Pena took off in the woman's Kia Soul as she was getting ready to take her kids to school.It happened around 7:30 a.m. on Aug. 8.Police say the man dropped his bicycle and jumped into the car, then sped away.Investigators say when they spotted the car minutes later, Pena led them on a chase.He crashed the car, then ran off.They arrested him about an hour later.According to police, Pena is facing multiple charges, including, grand theft, fleeing and eluding law enforcement, leaving the scene of a crash with damage, driving with a suspended license with knowledge, reckless driving and possession of drug Paraphernalia.
