Louisville's free waterfront concert series starts up in less than a month, and the lineup has been released.WFPK Waterfront Wednesday will start on April 23 this year, and the last show will be Sept. 17.The lineup features some big names from the late 90s and early 2000s, like Sixpence None the Richer, Paula Cole and The Verve Pipe.
