Incumbent Rep. Morgan McGarvey will keep his congressional seat.The Democrat beat out Republican Mike Craven in the district that encompasses almost all of Louisville."I was the first freshman democrat in the country to pass a bill through the House of Representatives this year. I was the only freshman democrat in the entire country to pass two bills through the house, supporting our veterans, supporting our small business owners," McGarvey said. The Democrat beat out Republican Mike Craven in the district that encompasses almost all of Louisville.
