490,000 EMPLOYEES. FEMA IS BEING ASKED TO PROVIDE DISASTER ASSISTANCE TO FLOOD VICTIMS HERE IN LOUISVILLE AND SEVERAL OTHER SURROUNDING COUNTIES. GOVERNOR BESHEAR SENT A REQUEST TO ADD 16 MORE COUNTIES FOR INDIVIDUAL ASSISTANCE. THOSE COUNTIES ARE IN GOLD ON THIS MAP. THEY INCLUDE JEFFERSON, BULLITT, GRAYSON, MEADE, NELSON, AND TRIMBLE.
