A Louisville woman charged with murder in her ex-boyfriend's death is claiming she's the victim in the case.Lanesha Blakey pleaded not guilty to murder and assault in court Tuesday morning.Louisville Metro Police Department says Blakey shot Bryant Johnson in the groin on April 20 and pistol whipped a woman.When Bryant and the other victim tried to drive away, they crashed at Bardstown Road and Baxter Avenue.Johnson was taken to the hospital, where he later died. The woman was also treated at the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.In court, Blakey's attorney suggested evidence will show she was the victim in the case, but he did not elaborate.Blakey remains in jail on a $50,000 bond.
